The Behringer Bass V-amp is an amp modelling and multi-effects unit for bass guitar, electric guitar, acoustic guitar and keyboard. A foot pedal unit, a power unit and manual are also included, along with a handy gig bag. So, what does it do? Well, it has16 bass amp models, 8 of the best V-amp models, 4 keyboard amps and 4 acoustic amps, so plenty of scope for adapting the basic sound. In addition it has 16 effects including ultrabass, Chorus, Flanger, Wah wah and many others. There are also 4 distortion and overdrive stomp boxes, a compressor and a denoiser. There are 125 presets in 25 banks, which can be edited. A complete list is in the manual. The Unit comes with jack sockets and Midi In and Out / Thru, so you can link up with other midi gear. I have used it mainly for recording, but it has been used a few times live. It remains in very good condition.
