Wonderful card done by John Winsch one of the premiere artists of the Belle Epoque Era. This card is in beautiful condition with a stunning use of gilt, miniature hearts and pink flowers. The poem is surrounded by a white heart which contains Art Nouveau lettering in gilt, blue and red- the poem is done in elaborate letters of red, gilt, blue lavender and green. Poem reads as follows:What the star is to the eveningThe blossom to the bee,The soft breeze to the leaflet,That, Love, thou art to me.Divided back sent in 1912 in excellent condition measures 5 by 7.
