PatriceSeptember 25, 2011 at 10:16 am4 pounds 9 ounces20 inches Hi! My name is Patrice and I began as an Adrie Stoete "Benjamin" sculpt. I was given a warm bubble bath to remove any residue, then I was ready to be reborn. My baby coloring was created using Genesis heat set paints, with several layers to give me a realistic skintone. This process took many hours to accomplish. I have hand applied wispy upper eyelashes, Masterpiece newborn blue eyes and delicately painted lips. My nose has been opened and backed with dark felt to give the appearance of breathing. My arms and legs are 1/4 limbs so you can dress me in many different outfits in preemie size to newborn, even 0-3 months. My body is high quality and has been stuffed with premium poly fil for a wonderful soft feel. My head, body and limbs have been weighted with ultra fine glass beads. Patrice's hair has been micro rooted one or two strands at a time with a fine gauge needle. It has taken days to complete but was worth the effort. The hair is a beautiful, light brown premium angora mohair which was sealed from the inside with a waterproof glue. You can dampen the hair and style it gently.
