It is from the Sugar and Spice series by the artist Sandra Kuck. This is the first plate in the line. The plate is made of porcelain trimmed in 24K gold trim. The plate was limited to 95 firing days and is now retired. Each plate that was issued in this line pictures young girls in Victorian finery. The design of this plate features two young girls dressed in creamy white fancy dresses on a Victorian couch with a gray and brown cat between them. Each girl have small wrapped gifts on their laps.Tea is set on the table before them. The colors of this plate is greens, golds, and blues. The plate was released in 1993.
