Youare are bidding on a early 1930's-40's, taxco mexican sterling silver bracelet. This is a beto, hinged style, panel bracelet, with abalone inlay. The design and craftsmanship on this piece is extraordinary, as to be expected from a high quality Beto piece. T are 6 curved panels, each panel measures 1 1/4 inches in length, and 1 inch wide. The bracelet measures 7 inches inlength, and 1 inch wide. This would fit a size 6 3/4 inch wrist quite nicely. This bracelet is fully stamped in 2 circles as follows...1st stamp reads,...beto Taxco Gro, and 925 within. 2nd stamp reads,...sterling mexico, and hecho en within. This bracelet lacks the eagle stamp, dating it prior to 1948. The closure is a tongue and box type clasp, which is in proper working order, and fastens securely. The design is so awesome, and t are no dents, dings to silver, and the abalone is perfect. This bracelet is in excellent condition! Thanks for looking, and good luck bidding!
