Beverley Outfit 8001 (Boosey &Hawkes) - Made in England - 1980 Vintage drumset rewrapped in stunning Sky BluePearl and restored all over. MINT condition See a clip with tons of pictures of the drums here : /watch?v=R5aluNRRqm8 22x14 – bassdrum (10 lugs) ; 13x9 – tom (6 lugs) ; 14x10 – tom (8 lugs) ; 16x15 – floor tom (8 lugs) 14x5 – aluminium snare (10 lugs – equal to Ludwig Supraphonic) This drumset was manufactured and is obviously equal to any finest Premier products of the same era. After Beverley disappeared in the early eighties it was replaced with Premier Projector series with the same outlook and hardware. This particular set was made in 1980 (it is stamped on the interior of the shells) 6 ply birch shells with reinforcement rings. The shells have a beautiful clear birch interior. The bassdrum’s interior was in terrible condition as it was used open for ages. It was sandpapered and re-lacquered. Chrome parts are in awesome condition. Premier-style slotted tuning screws on the toms and snare. The old blue wrap was very worn and in a poor condition, so it is professionally rewrapped. The wrap has a wonderful large diamond pearl pattern looks charcoal-blue indoors and splendid sky blue under lights and in natural light. It will steal the show.
