BIA Cordon Bleu Roosters 2 Qt.Rectangular Baking Dish From BIA and the famous French cuisine cooking school, Le Cordon Bleu, these porcelain baking dishes are white with a blue colored scalloped rim, green grass and blue, yellow and red roosters. The name Cordon Bleu isn't on these dishes, but any research on BIA links the 2 together. All of these pieces are in very good to excellent condition with no cracks chips or crazing unless otherwise noted. They all look like they were never used, but they came from an estate sale so thay may have been.. This is a 2 qt. or 8 cup rectangular baking dish. It has a scalloped blue top edge and green grass all around and 2 roosters on each side.
