The rigid envelopes that I use to send the items to assure that they are protected are considered parcel. The USPS charges $13.50 for a 3 ounce parcel to most countries. Ebay and Paypal combined charge me a final value fee of $2.25 just on the shipping charges. That is a total of $15.75. When I buy postage online, I get a small discount from the postal office which covers my shipping expenses.
