Cover and pages are attached to both staples.This book has some creasing at the top and bottom right hand corners and a small tear at the top right edge by the "N". Check the scans! I am no pro. grader, just a collector trying slowly to sell off his collection. I have used the Overstreet Price Guide (36th. ed.) for pricing and grading and in my opinion this issue is VG+ (VERY GOOD PLUS); so check the scans and ask questions if needed before bidding.
