Billy Sailor Action Figure/Doll by Totem First Out and Proud Gay Doll The doll is in very good to mint condition. I don't think its ever been played with. He is missing his hat and the tag from his pants came off when i was fixing his pants. The box is missing the top, but the 'be Billy's friend' envelope is included and has not been filled out. The box looks different from the other 'Sailor Billy' boxes. I don't know anything about this doll, so i cant say why the box is not like the others. Maybe it is a special edition?
