Henry Birks and sons Old English pattern is a simple sleek design. Birks made many pieces and patterns over the years, all of them are discontinued. Birks started in the 1890s and some of their patterns were in produced many generations. Over the years there have been variations in shapes and sizes.- Modern Hollow Knife in Old English flatware- Size:8 5/8 inchesThere is normal use wear on the silverware. no pitting or staining but shows surfaces scratches from use, improper storage and polishing. All Sterling Silver save the blade on the knives.
