It means the right to brew beer, the freedom to be innovative "VERY HARD TO FIND TAP HANDLE! … This EXTRAORDINARY TAP HANDLE is from the very famous San Francisco beer 21st AMENDMENT ... It's made of a heavy resin base, the top depicts the can of BITTER AMERICAN BEER with its MONKEY ASTRONAUT!!... The base portion of this handle is a rectangular shape that has the 21st AMENDMENT BREWERY name carved on the front and back, each side of the handle have attached a metal plate with 5 stars cutoff with a red background... at the bottom the wording: "THE RIGHT to BE ORIGINAL" printed on front and back (see photos). VERY ORIGINAL tap handle with a lot of details , and EXCELLENCE in its WORKMANSHIP (see photos) .. .
