This is a classic metal toy called a Bizzie Bee toy vacuum made by woodburn mfg. Chicago, USA. The pictures are accurate to the condition. When plugged in,a fan turns on for effect. There seems to be a bag of some sort missing from the back,otherwise it is complete.This would make a charming toy for the kiddo or a great collectors piece.
