This is an interesting item. It's a rollerball pen but it doesn't take rollerball refills You refill it with standard size fountain pen ink cartridges. They are not as expensive as rollerball refills and they come in many different colors. In a way you will never be out of ink because you can piggyback them Writing with this pen is effortless. The tip is designed to allow the ink to flow liberally from the pen. Practicallyno downward pressure means less strain on the hand, wrist and arm. Ihave personally found that I can write for hours on end with this pen without a single arm cramp to testify of my writing. You will receive the pen with 45 ink cartridges.
