hello this is a 14 inch tall 9.5 inch wide 8 day cuckoo clock made by welby, this one has the largest chains i have ever seen on a cuckoo clock, not the typical 8 day chains. the weights are also much larger, at least 1500 gram each maby more. so this one must be secured to a wall very good. the movement is made larger and heavier then normal. this clock has been freshly serviced and is running great. cleaned in and out, movement cleaned and oiled correctly. new bellow tops, and the chains cleaned and checked for bad links as well. this clock is all original and has no breaks or cracks or glued parts, however the case does have some of the original finish flaking off. not the carvings just the case. on the wall it looks great but if you get up close you can see the flaking in the grains of the wood. this old clock is ready to go and just needs a new home. because of the extensive weight of this clock shipping will be 18 dollars anyw in the us, it will surly cost more but i will cover the rest. just remember before you bid on this one you must anchor this into a stud with a good screw. thank you for looking. hello, i want everyone to know i will be selling 100 or more cuckoo clocks in the next 4 months. many from my own collection of over 25 years. i also want everyone to know i have been repairing cuckoos for 20 years now, well read more
