This is a Black Forest Cuckoo Clock that was purchased at an estate sale. I am not an expert on clocks so please ask any questions you may have and I will do my best to answer. Please read entire description before bidding. I was told that it runs fine, but because the chains have come off of the gears from having been stored I cannot test it and guarantee how well it will run once they are put in place. The chains are still dangling from the clock, they just are not on the gears to make it work. The clock may also need oiled and cleaned. Judging just overall condition, with the exception of a little dust, it looks like it was well maintained and cared for. T are no broken pieces or even chips in the wood anyw It is decorated with a deer head at the top, rabbit and bird on each side. It has three weights, two doors that open at the top for the cuckoo. I have taken several pictures for you to look at. It is stamped Made in Germany on the back and the movement is also marked Germany along with many other markings some of which I cannot read due to parts being in the way. The side of the clock has a sticker which I have also taken a picture of. This will be packed well for shipping.
