Black Glass Kettle Shaped Master Salt. It is 3-footed with two tiny handles. We cannot help but believe this is probably of English Origin, Sowerby or Davidson even though it is unmarked. We would guess it dates to the 1890-1900 period.It is 2 1/4 inches in height and 2 7/8 inches in diameter. This makes it a large salt cellar but not any larger than alot of the signed Sowerby salts for example. In mint condition, t are no chips, cracks or flakes.
