Should play without surface noise. VG+: Indicates a record is glossy but has one or two light defects like scratches or scuffs noticeable on close inspection, but should play with minimal noise. VG: Indicates a record that is glossy but will have noticeable light scratches and or scuffs, but should play all the way through with minimal surface noise. VG-: Indicates a record with many scratches and scuffs Should still play all the way through with some pops and fuzz. G: Indicates a record that has lost much of its gloss and has many defects.
