T his helmet is in very good condition with only minor scuffs from minimal use. It is a black helmet , but was spray painted to touch up the appearance. Tactical helmet with the chin strap and adjustable, universal harness that fits all sizes. Helmet is size M (7 1/8). Manufacture date is March 2010. NIJ standard 0106.01, Threat level IIIA ( 3A) Meets and exceeds NIJ 0106.01 standards defeating Level IIIA rounds and velocities.
