This is an original Blackjack Blue Devil knife. It is 8" overall, with a 3-1/2" blade, and a blued finish. The blade has the diamond cross-section, the final style blade shape (as you know, the early ones had blades of triangular cross section). The knife has a cordura ankle/arm sheath; both knife and sheath are in mint condition. Neither is marked; if you didn't know they are Blackjacks, you might scratch your head-since the knife is blued, the etch wouldn't show up well, so Blackjack left 'em sterile. They were made in Effingham, Illinois, and are shown in the last Blackjack catalog. As you know, Blackjack went out of business in Effingham in 1997, and the knife hasn't been made since. No reserve.
