Up for auction is very gently used, HO Broadway Limited Imports #886 50' Wood Express Refrigerator Car painted and number for the Denver & Rio Grande Western Railroad, #1601. This reefer is layout ready and is in excellent shape.This car is the mate to D&RGW 50' Wood Express Refrigerator Car #1602 that I sold last month. Hence i used some of the same photos.This express reefer is beautifully painted in Pullman Green with a Black roof, undercarriage and trucks. The precisely applied lettering is done in Yellow Gold.The D&RGW Refrigerator car rides on BLI's exclusive free-rolling, high-speed reefer trucks with metal wheels and is equipped with genuine metal Kadee Couplers with metal springs. From what I can see, all parts are present and attached.I will ship the car in its original plastic box.Take a good look.
