Offered with no reserve is this pair of two-handled Blue Ridge hand paintedfloral lamps, which have a cozy, cottage look. These were manufactured as lamps and are not converted vases. There is a vase that has a similar design. Each of these hand painted lamps has the flower bouquet on both sides, with the design being approximately the same size on both sides. Each of the lamps has a yellow-centered blue flower and a pink flower. Each also has two stems of what appear to be bleeding hearts. The flowers are held together with a yellow blow. The trim on the handles and the base is a shade of red. We tried to find the name of this Blue Ridge pattern without success. If you can share it with us, we’d be grateful. Not including the lamp hardware, each of these lamps stands approx. 10 in. The lamp with the shiny socket is approx. 12 3/8 in. tall. (including the socket) and the one with the duller toned socket is 12 5/8 in. tall. The sockets of both are lined with cardboard. It would be up to buyer whether or not they would like us to send the shirred lamp shades show in a photo with these lamp bases. They are ivory fabric and have the type of fitting that fits over a light bulb. They are lined in what we believe to be plastic but we’re not certain about this. The wire on the top of the shade that is wrapped in paper looks a bit grimy. read more
