Blue Sphalerite with Beta-Willemite, Hydrozincite, Sphalerite, and Chalcocite from the Sterling Hill Mine near Franklin, NJ. The Beta-Willemite fluoresces a gold-green under shortwave U.V. light and phosphoresces (see photo #4), the Sphalerite fluoresces pink under shortwave and pink-orange under long wave U.V. light, the Hydrozincite blue under shortwave, and the Chalcocite and Blue Sphalerite are non-fluorescent.Unusual combination with the Hydrozincite- haven't seen another listed on eBay. This is also a very nice piece in natural light!Measures 3 1/8" X 2" X 1 1/8" thick and weighs 5.3 ounces.Shipping in the U.S. only.
