This Historical Blue Staffordshire by Rowland Marsellus Robert Burns circa 1886 with Scenic views. Nice color 10" across. Nice condition The plate is perfect No cracks or Chips only some stains on the back. Dates to 1886.Winning bidder to pay all shipping and insurance costs. I ship priority through the US Post Office. Payment is through Paypal or money order only. No Personal Checks! Payment is expected within 7 days of auction end.
