The background is crisp, clean white. The rims, foot and handle have gold gilt trim. All of this on the finest of bone china. Made in Canada by Bluebird. The teacup stands 2.75" and measures 3.25" across the rim. The saucer measures 5 5/8" across the rim. No nicks, chips, cracks or crazing.This set is in very good vintage / used condition.
