BLYTHE MEDIEVAL MOOD BRUNETTE DOLL ASHTON DRAKE NIB This auction for Blythe Medieval Mood #5 doll with brunette hair, a faithful reproduction by Ashton Drake Galleries of the Blythe doll made by Kenner in 1972. Don't miss her at this low, opening bid! In 1972, an extraordinary event took place; a unique new doll appeared on the scene. She had a kooky, kicky look, and each time you pulled her string her eyes would change color and she would "look" in a different direction! Her name was BLYTHE, and BLYTHE dolls disappeared from the fashion doll world after a single year! A faithful replica of the original BLYTHE doll from Kenner. She has long brunette hair with bangs, and is wearing a way out, modern design, brightly colored outfit. High heel shoes are included. Pull the ring on her string and her eyes change color (pink, blue, green, and amber) and "look" in a different direction. She is approx. 11.5" long and fully posable. Retail: $89.99.
