BOB NAYLOR - BIG SISTER DAILY STRIP ORIGINAL ART 2-13-65 Click on the image to enlarge BOB NAYLOR (b. 1910) started off in animation and then moved to comic strips, first as an assistant at King Features Syndicate. Naylor received his first byline as the successor to Frank Miller on Barney Baxter and later took over Walt Hoban's gag strip Jerry on the Job . In 1954, he was assigned to continue Les Forgrave's Big Sister , which he drew until his retirement in 1972. This is the original art to an Big Sister comic strip daily dated 2-13-65 . This piece is in very good condition with moderate overall aging and yellowing of the mechanical tones. It has a image area of 16.25" x 4.5".
