Spectacular Garnet LIZARD brooch of wonderful quality and brilliant color. Bohemian Pyrope Garnet is considered as the best color Garnet in the world, a true "pigeon blood red". Garnet jewelry making is 400 years old tradition of Bohemia/Czechoslovakia. This Vermeil brooch is prong set with gorgeous hand cut and faceted garnets. Excellent unused condition, dimension : 2-1/4" long, Czechoslovakia circa 1970's.
