It feels perfect when you hold it in your hand and the smooth bone handles are highly polished. The knife has beautiful "snapping" action when you open and close it. The blade is tight with no "play." This fantastic custom made pocket knife has a beautiful curve to it, and is perfect for scrimshawing. The Damascus steel blade has the most beautiful pattern and measures 3" and the smooth bone handle measures 4". The blade is 7/8" wide and bone handle is just over 3/4" wide at the widest. The blade is really beautiful and has cool, fancy cuts along the edge of the blade. (SEE PHOTOS)The smooth bone handles make this knife really PERFECT for scrimshawing.
