This is a steel hook with a bone (I think, but may be bakelite or similar) handle. I think that it is a tambour rather than crochet hook, because the tip of the hook is sharp - just what you need for tambour work, where the hook is piercing fabric, but not good for crochet. The steel part is stamped "made in england". Size: length 100mm (10cm) I am selling other antique/collectable sewing and textile things, so please look at me other listings. I will combine postage.
