This is for another tiny little vintage miniature Koran book from the early 1900s. I sold the black version of this book last week and this is the red version, it is a fine fine example and is what you would call 'new old stock', in other words it has never been used. It has a red Morocco leather cover heavily embossed with rich gold decoration to both covers and spine. It is a fabulous and very detailed little book, this version was first published by David Bryce around 1900 and was actually issued to Muslim soldiers fighting for the allies in world war one. This as i said is an extremely fine example of the book, its unused and unread with all its gilding perfectly intact to both the covers and the edge of the pages, inside the book is in the same condition, absolutely mint with all its pages present and no discolouration or foxing or creased pages or wear of any kind...you wont find better.
