Up for auction is a � 28 page booklet, a poem, MY BROTHER VICTOR, by Louis M. Elshemus, written in 1887 but published in 1912 at The Dreamers Press in NY. The subtitle is "A Convalescent's Fancy". Elshemus was in Paris while studying art at Julian's. Elshemus became a prominent artist. The booklet has several pictures, including a few of Laurel Hill Mansion in Arlington, New Jersey, N. J. � In the booklet, the name is spelled Eilshemus. � A very scarce booklet. � Condition - good- the interior is very good except for some rust marks near staples. The blue covers are faded around the edges and t are some spots.
