Please note that the pedal is second hand and does not come with any of the accessories, including the boss 9v power adapter or a battery. The pedal itself has been tested and is fully working. It is also in very good condition with only some light scratches to the top of the pedal. The extremely versatile Hyper Fuzz FZ-2 is an abrasive guitar effect pedal that offers you three sound modes. The first mode of this BOSS guitar pedal has a tame feel, dirty garage sound, great for garage rock. The second mode of the Hyper Fuzz FZ-2 hints ring modulation, though not enough to distract one from the grind, and is dry with a metallic, industrial style tone. Last but not at all the least, Gain Boost is the third and maybe the most surprising mode on this pedal that makes your amp scream if you run this guitar effect pedal with your guitar. Famous guitarists like Stephen Carpenter from Deftones are known to have used this BOSS guitar pedal.
