For sale is my Boss MD-2 Mega Distortion Pedal. It is fully working order, however there is a slight fault. I haven’t used it in a while and unfortunately I left a crappy 9v battery in it, which leaked acid over the inside. It has fused the screw used to open the pedal up and access the battery. You can open it by unscrewing the screws on the side and taking the whole cover off. I have done this and cleaned up the mess, it isn’t beyond repair but I am not willing to attempt to fix it in case it ends up worse. Ive circled the problem screw in one of the pics. Tip: don’t leave batteries in while it has the jacks plugged in, it’ll drain them overnight. As I said you can still put batteries in it from taking the cover off, very easy to do just a few screws, might I suggest investing in a Duracell.
