Marcel Boucher was one of the most admired designers of costume jewelry. He began his career in France working under Cartier. In 1939, he approached Saks Fifth Avenue with some of his own designs and launched his career. In the 1950's, t was a craze for the poodle. Boucher's poodle was by far, the best and most appealing version. This pin is an investment in quality costume jewelry.
