/ Golden Series is a brand new line of acoustic and acoustic-electric guitars introduced into the Boulder Creek catalog for 2013. It offers a wide range of modern-designed guitars in both steel and nylon-string variants. Classical ECGL-4 is a nylon-stringer with single-cut body and acoustic-electric construction. Back and sides of this model are made of rosewood, while the top is made of cedar. Body of this model is bound in several layers of binding and finished in high gloss. It features two sound holes. Both are offset, smaller one is on the sound board and the bigger one is on the side, facing the player. AB4-T Balanced Preamp System is installed on this model. Fingerboard on this model is equipped with 19 frets and 2" wide string nut. Gold Series Acoustics from Boulder Creek feature the same top side placed sound port as in the Solitaire series with the addition of an additional sound port on the top front of the Guitar. This configuration gives a room filling experience when played acoustically and an enormous tone when plugged in. All Boulder Creek Guitars feature solid tops, solid backs, and laminated sides for strength and durability.
