8x38.75" tall enameled paint on steel thermometer. c. 1930s. Thermometer for Indianapolis, IN. based auto parts company has nice sparkplug image and "A Plug That Can Take It" text. Additional text reads "Thermostatically Balanced." Scattered wear w/paint nicks/chips. .25x1" and .5x1.25" areas of paint missing w/some oxidation. Slight dent at top center. VG overall. Rare.
