Bowling's Last Stand 12" diameter13-20 ft tree 4 gallon New in Box, Massive Christmas Tree Stand 66 lb DESCRIPTION This is advertsed by the manufacturer as the last Christmas tree stand you'll ever need! Bowling makes these in Michigan for several sizes of trees. This is the one for trees with trunks up to 12 inches in diameter that are 13 to 20 feet tall. Bowling sells these on their website () for $330 with shipping. This came from a divorce sale in New Hampshire. The stand was ordered and received, but never opened or used. T is one box for the body of the stand, and one package for the legs. FEATURES and CONDITION The picture is from the label on the box. I have not opened either box. From the package, I would guess that the legs are about 28 inches long. The stand holds 4 gallons of water! The body of the stand weighs 44 pounds and the legs weigh another 22 pounds, for a total weight of 66 pounds! The tree is held in place by three massive T-handle screws. The T-handles make tightening the tree in place a snap. The box is a bit beat up from being in storage, so I will double box it for shipment. I will ship thise by DHL Home Delivery, which offers the cheapest delivery I have found so far for packages of this weight. This will require a street address, not a PO box, for shipment. If you want it shipped by USPS to a PO Box, the shipping will be two or three times more. If you live in or close to New England, I can probably ship this for a little less.
