Purchased but never even opened, this dollhouse kit has been in a clean, dry closet for a couple decades. The box is still factory stapled with big, metal staples; this is a true new in box kit. This is model LN 190, a Mansions in Miniature dollhouse kit manufactured by Dura Craft. The model is the Linfield. According to the box, this Victorian style house features 6 rooms, 1 stairway, working front and French doors, 3 working windows, hardwood flooring, bay window and window box, trap door attic access, silkscreened windows, split redwood shakes, gutters and downspouts, molded pine corner posts and trim, 1/8" pre cut plywood, ornamental gingerbread, no rough wall edges, all wood, and simple, well illustrated instructions. This� kit is American made! How cool is that? Made in� Newborn, OR. It is from a nonsmoking home. There is light wear to the box from storage. Wood doll house kits are HEAVY; this will weigh about 23 lbs. I am in California, so the closer you are to me, the cheaper shipping will be. The postal service bases shipping costs on the size and weight of the package, and the distance it has to travel from me to you.
