This lot is for a Lego 10211 Grand Emporium set, new in the box. Also included are two custom modular buildings built similar to the brownstone type structures that are part of the Pet Shop set.Grand Emporium set is new, in the box (unopened). The box has a few imperfections from storage but other than that in good condition.The two custom buildings are not furnished and the backsides of the top floor are open (see pics). Some of the legos are slightly discolored from age but there are also many new and good condition blocks used. The structures can use some more detailing but will make very nice additions to any Lego City or Town set up. I am not sure how many pieces were used but I would guess 1,000-1,500 pieces?If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
