He is marked Russ on the back of his head, but the golden sticker is missing from the bottom of the scooter. It has never had a previous owner, or been displayed. The toy works. He's the type of toy you push back, to wind him up, then let him drive down the table/floor. None of this type of toy, have hands that actually grab the handle bars. His hands actually rest on top of the handle bars. He will be shipped in a box. All items are stored in a smoke free home.
