Up for sale is a BRAND NEW complete 4-piece USGI Modular Goretex Sleeping System SEALED IN PLASTIC. If you are an outdoor person, this is THE sleeping bag to get! Why spend a lot of money to buy different sleeping bags for different seasons and tempertures? This sleeping bag is totally modular, meaning one system for all four seasons. YOU decide whether you need part of the bag or the whole bag to bring on a trip. And with the Goretex bivy cover you may not decide to bring a tent at all if you truly want to pack light. It is only a matter of time before the outdoor industry starts selling this concept to the civilian population, then again maybe not, they want you to buy different bags. As you may know, The North Face and others sell a Goretex Bivy Cover alone for around $300.00 . This system is constructed to insulate the user in environments ranging from mild weather to extremely cold weather. The system consists of two Mummy-style sleeping bags--the Patrol (Green) and the Intermediate Cold Weather (Black). Each are constructed of water-resistant, ripstop nylon. Each sleeping bag is fully functional independently. For a temperature to -30°, insert the Intermediate Cold Weather bag inside the Patrol bag.
