Brass Barometer thermometer Hygro guages set of 3 I WILL BE UNAVAILABLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS WEEKS LISTINGS. Superb Heavy BRASS Barometer gauge set. This appears to be solid brass and was made in Western GERMANY. Relative HYGRO gauge (1.5"), Temperature gauge in F (1.5"). Center gauge (2.25") appears to have porcelain face. Face shows Stormy, Rain, Change, Fair, Very Dry in colorful English Script. Temperature gauge and RAIN gauge appear to work as they are correct in the house and it is raining like heck outside now. Approx 8" long x 3 1/2" tall x 1 1/2" wide felt covered base. Brass has lightly discolored and would polish up very nicely if you want to get rid of the original PATINA. NO dents, dings or scratches, just honest wear form sitting. The vast majority of my items have had many years of use and have many years left, but they are NOT NEW. I leave ALL CLEANING up to the new owners. Please check my feedback as I often describe items that make them sound worse than they are. I don't want you to receive any surprises.
