This is a very good condition 50/60s Smoking Stand with a Amber Glass Ashtray with it. Brass/Black is color with wood on top of design on post.Design has Map with pictures of Men and Womenand writing like Nova,Totius,Terrarum,Orbis,,Geographica AC and Hydrographica and then has cities and waters on it. I am not sure of the Country.The people are of the Renaissance period I beleive. Measures about 25" high. It appears to have been repainted on the base bottom and the top w the Glass ashtray sits.Brass wood and center is original No dents or cracks.Can be redone to your preference.
