Emd brass or bronze locomotive bell,but I think it's brass, from the late 60s -early 70s,air drive clapper,no cracks,It's 12" across the bottom and 9" high without the air fitting,12" from the bottom of the bell to the top of the air fitting.It has thick blue paint on it.it mounts from the bottom.
