This is a small Brass Dish Advertising Waterman's Ideal Fountain Pen - it could be used for paperclips etc as a desk top item - there is some engraving on the inside of the dish as can be seen in the picture - it could be cleaned if wished but I have left it with its original patina as it is a vintage item. Not an easy item to find please see pictures.
