This auction is for a brass token from the Silvio Rosanelli Cafe that was (and possibly still is) located at 861 Third Avenue, Brooklyn,N.Y. On the opposite side of the token is written :Good For 5 cent (using the symbol,not written out) Drink. It is a gold in color so I assumed it to be made of brass. It measures 1 inch with the bezel. I don't know whether the token came like that or he added the bezel to make a key chain or perhaps wear on a chain as it is a nice looking token. Well, anyhow since I've learned on eBay that everything is collectible, I thought I would list it. Also, it might bring back memories as good restaurants often figure in our reminiscing and memories. I hope it finds another home where it will trigger memories of good food, good friends and good times. Your time in considering my auction is appreciated very much.
