All dolls in my store are New and have never been removed from their original boxes. Occasionally a doll will be sold as a store display and will be reflected in my item description. All items are inspected prior to shipment to verify that they are in New, undamaged condition. We anticipate that all items will arrive in excellent condition, however if there is a problem with delivery or damage, please email us promptly with the issue. If the doll is lost in shipment or damaged, it will be replaced with the same item. You must have a Return Authorization Number issued by us on your package.
