A lot to be said about this jersey. The Packers first wore throwbacks in the 1994 season as part of the NFL's 75th Anniversary. They wore home blue/gold jerseys for 3 games and away white/gold for 1 game against Chicago on Oct 31st 1994. The Packers beat the Bears 33-6 that night in a rain storm on MNF. The Packers took the remaing jerseys from that year and had them prepared as Favre game jerseys. They were autioned off through Grey Flannel Collectibles. Each jersey came with a copy of the letter from the Packer's Equipment Manager. The letter reads as follows: I have provided Grey Flannel Collectibles with thirty-six (36) Brett Favre navy/gold and white/gold Packers throwback jerseys from the 1994 season. These jerseys represent the remainder of the original team inventory for the 1994 season. Each of these jerseys has been prepared as a Brett Favre game jersey - Signed Gordon Batty Equipment Manager Green Bay Packers. This jersey was NOT game worn.
