To my regular customers: I am back listing more tools, taking another break from a kitchen remodel. I have a LOT of great tools that I will be listing, plus my usual "one man's junk is another man's treasure" tools and parts. You are bidding on one Joseph Bridge wood ogee molding or moulding plane as pictured. It is marked "BRIDGE WASHINGTON DC" and owner Wm H JOHNSON on the front end, and is unmarked on the back end. Overall length is 9-1/2", and the body is 1-1/2" in width. This mark is rated 4 stars for rarity in AWP4 (American Wooden Planes 4th Edition, THE book if you collect American molding planes). The iron is marked "UTCHER" which would be BUTCHER.It appears that the fence section of the profile has been cut down at some time in the past.Other than that, condition is very good, with a rough appearance on the right side due to the crazy grain patterns, and not due to use or abuse. Please read my shipping terms below, as the US Post Office made some major changes on May 14, and so I have adjusted my terms. Please see my other current as well as upcoming auctions, as I am or will be listing many more collectible planes and tools. ETHICS IN DESCRIPTIONS: I also buy for my collecting on eBay, and I have been burned too many times by misleading (duh did I forget to mention .......) descriptions, and pictures only of the left
